History;
Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine Department of Psychiatry was founded in 1970 under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Çetin BÜYÜKBERKER. Currently, there are 1 Professor, 4 Associate Professors, 1 Assistant Professor, and 21 Research Assistant Physicians in our clinic. In our department, pre-graduate and post-graduate education is provided to our research assistant physicians and students receiving medical education.
