How do I get service from Akdeniz University Hospital

• STEP 1 - Appoinment
• *You can make an appointment for the service you want by calling +90 242  249 69 69 in our International Patient office.
•  

• *As Akdeniz University Hospital is one of the biggest hospitals in the region, to organise the service better, medical services and units are subjected to appointment. First thing you must do is to fill in the "Appointment Request Form" which can be seen on the homepage. If you will get our services for the first time, you must fill in the "New Patient Appointment Request Form". If you have been in our hospital as a patient before, you must fill in the "Registered Patient Appointment Request Form".

  * Please notice that there are 2 types of appointments in Akdeniz University Hospital. Besides usual policlinic appointment, you may also request private appointment with our Professors in return of an additional private appointment fee.

• STEP 2 - Information
  *As soon as you fill in the form, we receive your appointment request and contact the related policlinic and get the appointment in yoıur name for the soonest available date and inform you about the details and confirmation of your appointment trough the e-mail.

• STEP 3 - Appoinment Day
  *Approximately about 30 minutes before your appointment time, you should visit International Patient Office which is located in the H block, Entrance Floor. In our Office you will make youır entry prosedures and fill in the Patient Service Form with our staff and then we will direct you to the related policlinic for your appointment. (In case of any language assistance demand in your communications between you and our staff, we will be glad to help you).

• STEP 4 - After Appoinment
  *After your appointment, you may visit our office for organizing the requested analyzes or next appointment date.
