Our Working Areas
Polyclinics
Our polyclinics are open during weekdays and accept patients by appointment. Our research assistant physicians evaluate patients under the supervision of academic staff in our polyclinics. Three general psychiatry polyclinics are open during office hours every day of the week. Our patients diagnosed with mood disorders are accepted by appointment in our Bipolar Mood Disorder polyclinic every day of the week. Our Consultation Liaison Psychiatry polyclinic provides psychiatric treatment and psychosocial support to patients with chronic physical diseases. In addition, organ transplant candidates are evaluated. Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) with anesthesia is applied to our inpatients and outpatients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment is also applied in our polyclinic. Our two polyclinics, which prepare forensic and disability reports, are open every day of the week.
There is a psychotherapy unit in our clinic that provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Supportive Psychotherapy services.

Inpatient Service
Our inpatient service has a capacity of 29 patients. Each room accommodates 2 patients. 1 of our rooms is designed as an isolation room. It offers a wide range of rehabilitation services including a treatment unit, occupational room, therapy units, cinema hall and social areas. There is a garden and sports area reserved for our inpatients in L block.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Hospital
Since 2007, many rehabilitation services such as wood painting, jewelry design, sports, painting, cooking, agriculture and computer courses have been offered to patients with Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders at the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Hospital. In this way, our patients maintain their functionality and acquire a profession. Our physicians provide daily outpatient clinic services to these patients and group therapy is applied to patients on certain days of the week.

Alcohol and Substance Addiction Research and Treatment Center (AMBAUM)
The Alcohol and Substance Addiction Research and Treatment Center (AMBAUM), established in 2006 under the Akdeniz University Presidency, provides outpatient and inpatient treatment services. There are two polyclinics in the Alcohol and Substance Addiction Research and Treatment Center that provide service by appointment every day of the week. Our unit has a 20-patient capacity inpatient service. The inpatient service has two separate units divided into detoxification and rehabilitation.
